When transferring from another school, an academic transcript, including the latest achievement test scores, the results of any psychological testing, and disciplinary records are required before an application for admission can be processed.  Grade level determinations are made on the basis of school records.

Students applying for admission in grades 6-8 will be interviewed by the principal or her designee prior to admission.  

When submitting the registration form, please make sure to upload the following information: 

• Original Birth Certificate
• Original Baptismal Certificate
• Immunization Records
